At Belgian Essentials Gallery (De Winkelhaak), we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product under the following conditions:

• Return period:

Returns must be requested and received within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Return costs:

The costs and arrangement of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. You can return the product via a shipping service of your choice or drop it off in person at De Winkelhaak, Lange Winkelhaakstraat 26, 2060 Antwerp.

• Conditions:

The product must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.

• Refund:

We aim to process any refunds within 30 days after receiving and approving the return.
